Home Cleaning
What is included in home cleaning?
Our home cleaning service includes thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms in line with our standard checklist. We focus on visible surfaces, floors, and details that create a fresh and wellkept home.
Can the service be customised?
Yes. We are happy to adapt the cleaning to your specific needs. Any preferences can be shared in advance or noted for recurring visits.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring professional cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer us to use your own products, that can be arranged.
Are you insured?
Yes. We are fully insured during working hours, both on client premises and on staff or workrelated premises.
What if I’m not satisfied with the result?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If something does not meet your expectations, please contact us and we will address it promptly.
Deep Cleaning
When is deep cleaning recommended?
Deep cleaning is ideal during seasonal changes, after renovations, or when your home needs a more comprehensive refresh.
What is the difference between home cleaning and deep cleaning?
Deep cleaning is more thorough and includes detailed cleaning of areas such as skirting boards, doors, tiles, and other hardtoreach or often overlooked surfaces.
How long does a deep cleaning take?
The duration depends on the size and condition of the home. We always provide an estimated timeframe at the time of booking.
Can deep cleaning be booked as a oneoff service?
Yes, deep cleaning is available both as a onetime service and as a complement to regular cleaning.
Moving (End of Tenancy) Cleaning
What is included in moving cleaning?
Moving cleaning is carried out according to Swedish standards and includes the entire home: kitchen, bathroom, appliances, floors, fixed surfaces, and windows (if agreed).
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If the landlord, buyer, or property manager raises any concerns, we return and correct them at no extra cost.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes, the home must be completely empty to allow us to carry out the cleaning properly and efficiently.
Can the cleaning be scheduled around inspections?
Absolutely. We plan the cleaning based on your handover or inspection date.
Office & Commercial Cleaning
How do you adapt cleaning to our office?
Each assignment is tailored to the premises, type of business, and desired cleaning frequency.
When can cleaning be carried out?
Cleaning can be performed during daytime, evenings, or as agreed to minimise disruption to your operations.
Is your staff trained?
Yes. Our staff are introduced to MarHem AB’s routines, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements.
Do you work with service agreements?
Yes, we usually enter into a simple service agreement to ensure clarity, consistency, and peace of mind.
General Questions (Applicable to all Services)
Do you offer RUT deduction?
Yes. Household services are eligible for RUT deduction in accordance with the Swedish Tax Agency’s rules. We apply the deduction directly on your invoice.
How do I book a service?
You can contact us by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp. We aim to respond quickly.
What languages do you speak?
Our working language is English. We understand Swedish well and continue to develop our spoken skills.
Where do you operate?
We are based in Skåne and primarily operate in Malmö and surrounding areas.
